Return Policy:
At Flickere, we ensure thorough inspection of shipments before dispatch. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow these instructions:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original shipment date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags, including brand hangtags, intact. Please review the list of Non-Returnable Items below to verify eligibility for return.
- If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please contact us at support@flickere.com within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Returns received after fifteen (15) days from the original shipment date.
- Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including those returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
- Incorrect address format, including any form of a PO Box address.
- Minor design and color variations, particularly with handloom products.
Return Instructions:
Please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form and include it with your return shipment. Returns or exchanges without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. Ship your return to:

Return Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to request an exchange, please email us at hello@flickere.com.bd. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Items for exchange must be sent to the address provided within fourteen (14) days from the original shipment date.
- Ensure that the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags, including brand hangtags, attached.
Instructions for Exchange:
The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the goods to the designated return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- No discounted/special offer items will be eligible for exchange or refund.
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
